We are always searching for better ways to serve our clients, and respond faster when they need us. In March 2010, we added a new ticketing system that helps our clients report and track the progress of the issue.
Our new Help Desk can be accessed by a toll-free number given to all of our clients or by email. Immediately after the problem is reported our clients are issued a ticket number acknowledging their issue and our course of action. We may then solve the problem with remote access to your computer, a personal visit, or directions over the phone, whichever will work best in your individual case.
