Sidekick Technologies Introduces A NEW Help Desk

 

We are always searching for better ways to serve our clients, and respond faster when they need us. In March 2010, we added a new ticketing system that helps our clients report and track the progress of the issue. 

Our new Help Desk can be accessed by a toll-free number given to all of our clients or by email. Immediately after the problem is reported our clients are issued a ticket number acknowledging their issue and our course of action. We may then solve the problem with remote access to your computer, a personal visit, or directions over the phone, whichever will work best in your individual case. Each time the status of your issue changes you will receive an email with the update until the issue is resolved. Making Sidekick Technologies your lifeline in any computer related emergency!
